Best book for wine professional

If you are involved in the business of wine, selling, teaching, etc. or want to learn the finer points of enjoying and analyzing what’s in the glass, I urge you to find this book!! In my 20+ years of selling wine, no other book has given me more helpful information than this. I’m puzzled as to why it is out of print.brComplete with colour variation plates that show what to visually expect when looking for maturity/condition of wine in a glass. A ton of info in a pocket guide.
